Spatial place- and context-related community art project
2021, 2023

Founder, Concept designer, Producer

The World Inside My Room project began with community art workshops where mini-Rya-rugs were woven from participants’ old clothes.

The rugs were woven using techniques learned from the artist’s grandmother, but participants could also use their own techniques to the work.

All materials used in the work and all information about the country of origin of the textile were documented on the project website. At the end of the project, an exhibition was held, a spatial installation made of the Rya-rugs, which also included all the documentation.

I See You
Multi-channel interactive and site specific media artwork
2017-2021

Founder, Concept designer, Producer

The interactive multi-channel media artwork I see you is an ambiguous commentary on a time when we are under constant surveillance, but also a time when people easily become invisible. This is especially true in this new world, because while digitality creates new opportunities for connection, it also creates a jungle from which it is difficult to separate. It also creates new opportunities for surveillance, for better or for worse.
